A really positive experience. Riders at Work managed the provision of a new mountain bike through an insurance claim. Really made me feel listened too and understood. Having a prize possession stolen leaves you feeling vulnerable, Riders at Work almost made the insurance journey pleasurable.

RAW delivered excellent service diring my recent claim. They kept me posted on regular basis about the prosses and insurance assesment. They supplied a loan bike for me during this waiting period. My bike was stolen a few weeks ago. I have had some bad luck with regards to insurance in the last while. This was truly some of the best service I have experienced. My replacement bike was just perfect and the degree of service I encountered was top notch. Friendly people and speedy work. I even got some socks and a water bottle which I really appreciated.
